“The Wolves of Rome” Associazione Sportiva Roma is all-time greatest club from Rome, Capital of Italy. was founded in 1927 by Italo Foschi, who initiated the merger of three older Italian Football Championship clubs from the city of Rome; Roman FC, SS Alba-Audace and Fortitudo-Pro Roma SGS. The club was one of the founding members in Series A and finish runner-up two times during the pre-war era before achieve winning the first league title in 1942. The club relegated to Series B in 1951 as the only one in their history.
